  • Crime Victim Compensation (CVC) is a victim service program of the Denver District Attorney’s Office that is governed by Colorado law. CVC can provide financial assistance to victims of certain crimes for specified services.

  • VAU provides immediate intervention, support, information, referrals and other assistance to victims of crime, witnesses and/or their families. Victim specialists are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and are dispatched to crime scenes, homes, hospitals and any other location where victimization may occur.
